My name is Brent Ripley. I am an attorney dedicated to providing comprehensive advice in trusts, wills, special needs planning and other estate planning approaches. My goal is to truly protect you and your assets, not just draft a document that sits on your shelf gathering dust for the next 10 years.
I don't dabble in estate planning - it's the only area of law I practice. This means I am in the forefront of current techniques, and have the experience to help you make the right decisions. I focus on wills, revocable trusts, charitable planning, special needs planning, asset protection and other estate planning strategies. I've probably seen what you're facing, and this experience means I can give you good advice and lots of ideas.
I'm not like other lawyers. I never bill by the hour - only by a reasonable flat fee agreed upon before work begins, and I'm always accessible and eager to talk to you. If you've had the experience of being billed in six-minute increments for phone calls and meetings, or if you've had trouble getting a lawyer to return your phone call, or if you've ever felt your lawyer wasn't listening to you...well, come and see for yourself -I'm not like that.
